save it on your desk top and at the bottom of your "Post Reply" screen click browse and find the file and attach it. You may have to save the image as a condensed file size

It looks like the file is too big...how do I condense it?

Go in photoeditor and click the image tab, under "resize" change from inches to Pixels and shcnge it so the top number is 800
