9 boards so far: 6 out of Eric Curtains' tundra, 3 out of Brian Burns' F150 (including one of mine). The boards were taken from Jimmy's at around 9ish.

Although I doubt that this is going to do anything, if someone has a change of heart they can return the boards to the backyard behind Waterbros/my apartment with no questions asked.

Its been reported. I'm not sure about the descriptions for everyone else's boards, but most of them were in the 7'0+ gun range and one is a Lost with flames and one was a Cannibal.

My board is a 6'2" JC... it has a few WB stickers on it, a pro-lite track pad, and a small ding on the nose.

Here is a picture of Burns riding the Lost on what I honestly thought was the wave of the day. He pulls in and out of this barrel, Ill post the sequence later. The board is very distinct so Ill be keeping my eyes peeled. I hope they all turn up.

I got the boards back yesterday; some guy is sitting in the ACI till Monday. The police didn't do shit. It basically required going to some house in the projects (near where the boards were stolen), breaking into the guys basement, and taking our boards back.

Kind of... behind Stop and Shop on the same road as 7/11. There's a massive apartment complex on the corner and the guy was living with his wife and kids in one of the side complexes.

Since this all went down, the guy has been in the paper 3 or 4 times for other shit (drugs, assault, domestic, and a DUI). He's still around, I saw him at Red Box last week. We just stared at each other...

The funny thing is that you could throw a rock between where the boards were stolen (Jimmy's), where they tried to sell the board (WaterBros.), and where they live (behind stop and shop).

"They" are the occupants of the house on the corner of Ebowery and Freebody. I don't know them, but only "of" them.

I suggest that "they" don't have a car as the whole messy business occured within a 3 block area...and you would have to be pretty stupid to steal something, try to sell it to a shop 2 blocks away, and then being unable to, storing it around the corner from the scene of the crime in your basement.

Glad you got it back. It is a small victory for those of us who weren't so lucky.
