Lawyers suck, but people that make the world need lawyers suck even more.
What kind of tool would blame a message bourd for a bad purchase?

that's like suing the Globe when you get screwed on a purchase from the classified section. that shit should be laughed out of court.

It does seem ridiculous.
To engage a lawyer to dispute a used surfboard or rubbour suit transaction would be extremely cost ineffective.
In fact, the lawyer would cost far more than the used gear at issue.
No need for wacky disclaimer.

Once you are not satisfied and finished with your equipment. Don't sell it all. Donate some of it or give it to one of your needy friends. Not every piece, but atleast one. Even if you are poor, this could make you a little richer.
